Spokane County treatment provider suspended due to crossing professional boundaries

Charges state that Floyd committed unprofessional conduct when they crossed professional boundaries by entering into a relationship with a patient.
Floyd cannot practice in Washington until the charges against their credential are resolved. They have 20 days to respond to the charges and request a hearing.
